Dear Third Grade Families,

Next week, the third graders will take the NWEA MAP test.  This is a computer-based adaptive test that will set a baseline for academic growth this year.   This test will be taken a total of three times: beginning, middle and end of the year.  Our tests are scheduled for Tuesday (9/15) and Wednesday (9/16) mornings.  We will begin at 8:30. 

Students do their best when they are well rested, well fed, and have a positive attitude.  Please ensure that your students arrive at school on time!

Also, we share headphones at the laptops.  The black school headphones are uncomfortable to many students.  If desired, students may bring in their own personal headphones for use on the computers.  Please label clearly with your student’s name if you wish to do this.
