Gingerbread Houses

The third graders built gingerbread houses today. We had so much fun. Here are a few pictures. Many thanks to parents for donations and those who volunteered in the classroom. We couldn't have done it without you!

Field Trip to the Science Center

We enjoyed a field trip to the California Science Center. Here are some photos. There are many more on the school website.

Week of December 13

• The Christmas concert in on Tuesday, December 14th at 7:00 p.m. Students should wear dressy clothes--NO jeans, shorts, or sweats. Please drop students off at 6:30 in the classroom and pick them up in the classroom afterward.

• On Thursday, we are buiding gingerbread houses. In order for this to be successful, I need some student contributions. Students #1-10, please bring a bag of small candies--M&Ms, mini candycanes, gum drops, lemon drops, mints, etc. Students #11-21, please bring a tub of white (UNwhipped) frosting.

• On Thursday, we will have a pizza party for our Christmas celebration. I need each student to please bring $3.00 if he/she wants to have pizza that day.

• Friday is half day--12:00 dismissal. Have a wonderful holiday break!

Our Lady of Guadelupe

Today at Mass, the third graders preformed a play about Our Lady of Guadelupe, the patroness of all the Americas. They did a fabulous job! Here are a few photos.
